ok i know there is a topic on this but i dont get it... and a tutorial with it on psp that is the same on photoshop ... but the pics got deleted so i dont get it... ummm i tried making a glow text thingy or w/e and its so hard for me! i am like very bad with all the blending options! i want one to look like this:

Make your text. On the layer of the text, right-click and click blending options. Check outer glow or something, and then edit the color. I think that's it, but I am not sure on how to make it glow as an animated graphic.

If you don't want it animated and just want it to have an outer glow try this:
Right click on the text layer, and click BLENDING OPTIONS >> OUTER GLOW  And it'll look something like this:

Er, no. I was talking about Tina's (topic starter) image. You can see that little purple-ish glow inside it, can you not?

Not sure about purple
 but I do see stuff on the font. Kinda like they wanted to airbrush something on it with a darker pink. But don't see a glow.

ok.. so ig to down all that.. i just dont really get the animation part... is there like a pattern to follow? i can do the edges... but when it comes to the actual 'glow' i just dont know...

I'm not very good at animation, sorry. All I know is that there are slides.. Or something.
Well, for each slide, you'll need a different amount of glow. Like the first one, the glow should be like 5px spread. And the 2nd, 7px, etc. Iunno. Whatever floats your boat for the spreading part. |
