You need to make your question clear and specific. What class is it for and what exactly do you want a person to explain about "white light".

The rules of the homework forum is that a person can't just tell you the answer, he/she should explain the proccess getting the answer and also the rules say that we're not here to teach you everything you need to know. So, do not ask general questions without breaking things down.

If you mean white light as in light and colors, white light is the mixture of all the colors of the spectrum, also noted as the mixture of three primaries: red, blue, and green.

What subject is this from? It sounds like something from science or...possibly...theater lighting? I don't know...be more specific.

yeah, it's the three primary colours of light, red, blue, and green light combined equals white light...and red and blue light: magenta, red and green light: yellow and blue and green light: cyan
