i don't really get complimented on how pretty i am but my body. this really pisses me off so when i guy compliments me on my body i just look at them like i'm going to stab them.

I'm learning to be more positive and confidant about my self image and I actually get quite a few compliments and for a while I took them really bad...I just didnt agree...but I handle them better now.

Once it was really funny though...this girl, she's my best friend's brother's girlfriend, & three years older than me- Once, she said that I had pretty eyes, & I just kinda blushed & smiled a little & softly said 'thanks'. Then she was like- 'OMG! You actually accepted my compliment! Whenever I complipent my friends they give me a strange look & say that I'm weird!!'
It was so. freakin. HILARIOUS the way she said that!! XDD |
