When I look into the mirror
And all I see is me I find it quite disturbing I'm not who I want to be I gaze into my bitter eyes Missing tender innocence lost Realizing how fast time flies How much to my soul it cost I notice my cheeks Where the tears once fell Still lined with wet streaks I read the story they tell My lips still shiver From the words I spoke And as my voice quivers My volition broke As I see my face It breaks my heart For at such a rapid pace I've fallen apart |
