Ok SO me and this guy are really close and stuff and i really liked him but never knew if he liked me back n he was living in my house for a bit n then all of a sudden just left because of reasons...N then texted me telling me sorry and that he loved me so much it hurts and stuff and then he said the only time he liked being here was at night time when he was with me Then he told me it could never work out btwn us two and stuff i think cuz theres a 4 year difference btwn age!I told him it didnt matter age it mattered how he felt and stuff and ya im really confused like I REALLY LIKE him but i dont know wut to do...Can some one please help me lol

That was like the longest run-on sentence(s) I have ever read...
 It seems that there is so much things in his life right now. Seems like the guy is putting love as number 2 or 3 in his priorities. Just wait a bit and let him think about it. |

a 4 yr age diff. Well if he really loved you so much that it "Hurt" He wouldn`t give a flip on how old you are.My parents are 7 yrs apart.But maybe he`s just insecure at this point considering how he just left.Just talk to him an tell him how you feel an maybe he`ll open up to you.

4 years isn't really anything depending on what age u two are........the older u get the more it really doesn't matter.......he just needs to see that it only matters how u guys feel!

yea 4 years apart isnt much of a difference, i dont think it mattered to him cuz he said he loves ya. i think he has issues with himself that he needs to deal with first. he seems confused and needs to make up his mind bout you two in other words. as everyone said give him some space and time. meanwhile live your life, you should talk or date other guys if ya rlly want to, like dont hold yourself back from getting into a relationship that could be worthwhile. theres a 50/50 chance he'll come around.

err... why'd he live with you?
 i think you should just give it time, but keep on touch. maybe when you two are older the age difference won't matter as much.and plz use periods, comas, etc. next time

Even tho you really like him you could get hurt he's 4 years older. . .it's not very good there's chance he could take advantage and plus he's more experienced

TALK TO HIM... man i learned my lesson [[no offence to my bf lol]] i was soon taken untill he told me that he like me [another boy] at the time b4 i went out with my bf, i liked him too but i still liked this other boy [which is my bf] i no longer have feelings for this boy cause it soon was a 'danger' zone towards me and my bf's relationship

Four years apart may not seem like its toomuch of a difference. However, experience in a person's life varies with age. So he might be thinking one thing maturely, and you might be thinking a little different. It makes things a big of a difference if you both are not on the same pace here. Seeing that he's going through something right now, his way of thinking is somewhat far advance at his age. So yea he needs his time right now, and you need time also.
