If you're pale and burn easily is it possible to get a tan in a tanning bed at a salon? I've never been before and I'm thinking about going...

you mean if you have like really fair skin? you would probably burn still, but im not 100% sure. really you should ask the tanning salon, hopefully theyre tell you the truth lol.

My friend's a red head and she doesn't tan. She has been at the beach every summer getting sunburned, but she still doesn't tan. She has been at tanning salons and doesn't tan. Now that she has been warned against them, the dangers of skin cancer and such, she learned to deal.

i wouldnt suggest a tanning bed at all. try just laying out in the sun but with sunblock on. you'll still get a tan with the sunblock on. thats wha i do haha.

i think it is easy for u to tan........just really watch out about getting burned......make sure u use the right kind of lotion!

I know how that is.. I'm like that too..
Maybe you could try that in the bottle stuff, the lotion you add on gradually that makes your skin get darker..? But honestly I like my light skin.. I wish I had black hair then I'd look really cool. ^^ lol, but thats just my opinion.. |

hmm, i don't tanning salons are healthy.
besides that, i don't really know how to help. i tan really easily, even with sunblock. i mean, sunblock does absolutely nothing. sometimes, i wish that i wouldn't tan that much. like last time i sat in the shade and i still got tan..so i was just like 'wtf?' anyhow, i'm not really helping. i guess, when you have pale skin, it's not really possible to tan. sorry "/ |
