I need to confess...i know there's a confession thread but i need to do this openly...

I started smoking again...i feel REALLY bad. Well, i'm having problems at home, i know it's no excuse but i mean...i'm destined to die from cancer i guess.

I'm soo sorry...i just couldn't stop..i started a week ago...

I was the girl that used to smoke but quit.
Now i'm the girl that used to smoke, quit and started again = looser

In case you ever get invited to my funeral, this is what you have to say:

Sandra was cB's slut (i know many of you think i am), and cB's biggest looser... she was crazy (bla bla)... don't forget to mention something good about me.

Just remember kids...SMOKING IS BAD.

SOMEFLIPGUY: IF YOU ARE STILL SMOKING, DON'T FORGET TO GET ME A PACKET OF CIGARRETE WHEN YOU DIE AND COME TO HELL...I PREFER MARLBORO LIGHT.

I'm really sorry cry.gif .

Its not that serious Sandra. People smoke, quit, smoke, quit, all the time. Nobodys perfect. Maybe you'll quit again someday and if not well....I know people that have quit even when they said could never, you just never know

console.gif its ok. dont beat yourself up. do you see yourself possibly trying to quit in the future or no? I dont think there is anything wrong with your relapse. Its normal, but I can see why you would be kinda disappointed.

Who cares if you still smoke again it's only one thing. Don't smoke when you have babies, or it might come out all weird and stuff. Oh well i used to do drugs, but I quit. Not heroin or shit. Just a little weed.

Aww Sandra. It seems really hard to quit a habit like that that you are so used to. I've seen my mom repeat that exact same cycle many times.. but with the support of everyone around her, hopefully she'll quit soon.

Smoking seems to calm yourself and since you're having problems, I'm sure that's what triggered you to start up again. Maybe when you're at a more stable time in your life, you could try it again. We're here to support you when you need it. hug.gif

Don't stress yourself out, there's many that are never able to take a break from smoking. _smile.gif Maybe someday you'll be able to quit for good but till then, keep trying. console.gif

I'm sorry sad.gif Don't worry about it though....many people smoke and quit over and over again. Eventually, if you try hard enough, you'll finally quit. Have you tried everything? Like, joined groups and such? I know that sounds really corny, but I heard it really does help. Don't give up! console.gif

aww; dont be so hard on yourself. it's normal for people to do that. my friend tried to quit smoking and told everyone that if they see him with another cigerette, then either beat him up; or throw away his cigerette.

Aw. Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure you can try again. Not everything works the first time.

"If at first you don't suceed, hgte yourself up and trying again, brush yourself and ttry again, try again.."
Aaliyah.

Something like that.

Just keep trying, Sandra. You don't suck. It's a hard thing to do.
I'm in the same situation as you are, but not with smoking...A different, non-substance addiction, if you will.

Anyway, just keep trying, dear! You can do it! throb.gif

You were able to quit once.. You can do it again! YOu know what you need? You need a friend who's also quitting--that way you and your friend could keep checks on each other. Bleh but then again, didn't your father offer you a cigarette when you were in the process of quitting? Perhaps what you did was too drastic.. Next time you consider quitting, try taking it slowly. Like, slowly stop smoking--smoke less and less. It'll help the cravings. I am disappointed, but it is your choice. If you do decide to quit again, we'll be here rooting for you!
