Embarassed to shop, for bras Options

I don't know if any of you guys have this problem, but I really HATE shopping for bras. As a result, I have some that are way too small for me.

Like I used to shop in the girls section, but now those are too small and it seems weird for me to be standing there with the little kids (I'm 14). Then I go the woman's and it's an even bigger problem. There's so many different kinds and see the really big bras, get scared and run away! I'm like right in between the girls and the woman's sections. I don't know what to do!

i hate going with my mom, but maybe thats just me. cos my boobs are bigger than hers she'll try to make me buy smaller bras then hers and shes like 34 b and im 36 c.. soo yeahh. i like going with my close friends cos they make it really fun. i just grab some differennt colors in my sizes or smaller or bigger tp see which fits better, i try them on and my friends help [ not inside with me but yu get what i mean ]

I use to feel a little uncomfortable shopping for "delicates" when I was like 10 and 11. I love it now. I love Victoria Secrets and Fredricks. I say it is a phase that will pass. First you must educate yourself on bras and bra sizes. Like what size fits you best and the like. Second, take someone your comfortable bra shopping with you, like a friend. That way it is more fun. Once you get into it you'll see its not as bad as you made it out to be

hahaha! i went bra shopping today. it was so unconfortable, cuz i got measured to see what size i was. damn i was liek ew ew ew a girl near my boobs ahhhhhhh! turns out she doesnt know what shes doing. she gives me my size and she says its 32A , then how the hell do i fit in a 34b? confusing stuff. anyway yea i find it embaressing when my dad is around. thats it

I have a big problem shopping for bras too, but ti's not so much abotu the actual shoppign part, it's about asking ym mom to get them with me, cause I get embarrised really easy when it comes to asking my mom to help me shop for bras. I'm too big for the girls section too, actually, I 'm NOT too big in the cup size, but I'm too big around, like my rib cage I mean, Iv'e got the smallest boobs, the closest cup size to me boobs would be liek AA or AAA, it's freaking ANOOYING!!! It's SOOO hard to find bras my size

anywya, enoguh aoub tmy tragic life, I really think you should go with your mom, I may sound hypocrittical cause I love going with my freinds cause then I dont' ahve to ask my mom but I never seem to get the right things when I'm with ym freinds, I ahve alot of ufn but with my mom I always walk otu with something I can acutlaly wear. Gosh, I should write slower, my typing is going down hill everyday.

soooo, right now I'm actually having a huge problem of beign too embarrissed to ask my mom for bras and I think I'm going to be lame and send her an email even tho that's still embarrising, at least I won't decide at the last minute that I'm too embarrised to open my mouth...gosh, shyness is a curse I tell you

To fix you problem, definitly DON'T go by yourself, I get intimidated when I go clothing shoppign too, even if ti's not for bras, but as long as I have my mom or a freind there they stop me from running away

Just shop with your mom or your sister. Well for me, I don't shop with them because sometimes they make fun of you lol. So I go myself quietly.

Ya sometimes i do get embarrassed going with my mom before sometimes she calls me to check it, then afte she picks it, she puts it near my chest and checks it. so embarrassing. that's why i go alone

don't worry, it may seem daunting at first, but then it gets fun after a while (well, for me at least, i love victoria's secret, lol). it's not really that bad, the wide variety may scare you, but its just to suit you better. besides, nobody'll laugh at you if you do

you shouldn't feel embarrased about shopping for bras.. especially since every single one of us girls has to do it too!

.. but if you do feel uncomfortable, just go with your mom or sister. (if you have one) i usually go with my mom.. but i don't really mind it though. i love shopping with my mom because i feel that my mom will give me a more honest opinion than my friends because my friends are afraid of hurting my feelings if something doesn't look good.

just bring a good friend who won't laugh at you for being such a big chicken! lol... and me.. i don't really recommend bringing your mom.. as we all know sometimes our moms can be nightmares =/

and besides, most of the people who work in intimates departments are usually women, (with boobs by the way) so you shoudn't feel too much uncomfortable.

aw it's ok! My first time, I was shy. But seriously, the people there are so nice. I know it's like confusing..numbers and letters and everything. But that's what the employees are there for! They walk around for rulers, then they can measure you and tell you what sized bra you should look for. They can help you find the perfect size, and it really isn't bad at all.
