It looks as if a gradient was placed on top of the image, that's all. Not much of a colorization.

New layer -> Add gradient -> Set blending mode to COLOR
---- It should work properly.... Blending mode is the type of layer it is. There are other option such as Multiply, Color Dodge, Linear Burn, and Overlay too. Color is the only type that will work for what you are trying to achive. |

Oh..... Does PSP have that? Hm... Lemme go check. ^_^u
---- In the Styles palette click on the small triangle on the right of the bottom box, to bring up the options of fill type. Choose Gradient. Click on the Edit button. ---- Yeah, I guess it does. Sorry, I don't have PSP, and so I can't make you a screenshot.... Oh yeah, and it starts on Layer, but I figured that you would just automatically make a new layer. Oops on my part. >.o |

Let's go step by step on this....
1. Make a new layer. 2. Add a gradient to that layer, usually you have a marker-thing you place on one corner and pull to the opposite corner. 3. Set your layer's blending mode to COLOR. You should have a box that pops up when you make a new layer that has layer style or something, choose COLOR. 4. You can mess around with opacity, diffrent gradients, and such but make a few diffrent ones before you start with that. Your finishes product shouls be much like the main image here. |
