Adjusting Height, Please help Options

Well now i am trying to make the height of the about me textarea to be bigger but whenever i make that longer, it makes my blog box go down as well even though i am only adjusting the other textbox, here it is if you would like to see what i am talking about.. xanga.com/xoxheavenleexox

.... You should always position your NAVIGATIONAL div layer first, and then play around with whatever other layers you have.
This is because the div layers position themselves according to the order they're in. If I had one div layer 50px down, to position everything else I'd need to add atleast fifty pixel to my other div layer. But that's just for Xanga because Xanga is a bit stupid.
