I'm a fairly skilled web designer and know a good amount of HTML, but Xanga's got me baffled - I've tried doing this on my own but it's time to call for help!

Ok. Pretty much all I wanted to do was be able to position where things go; ie, main entry box, navigation module...I've tried using codes I'd use for divs but it doesn't change anything. Won't even affect the width. @_@ Any codes to change that?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

if you are a skilled designer you should be able to know some position:absolute kinda stuff...

the navigation? depends on you really have a set of space on your layout for your navigation then this advice is not applicable; remove all of it then replace it with your own..either way is fine..go to the scripts section..u can see a topic where it says custom modules..

main entry? div without a closing tag :)...dazz what my blogbody is.

if this make sense to you...then i guess you understand my language..if not then oh wells.

im sure alot more ppl will help you :) i juzz want u to know that somebody cares ;)

Yeah, Xanga is pretty confusing at first. -_- The fact that you have to find a code/script to override or go around one of Xanga's set ones is very annoying.

If you tried to do absolute positioning with divs, then I guess you should know that Xanga free members don't get that capability.

Anyways, what Anne said. I think that's the second time I've said that on this board. laugh.gif
