ok so i get what theyre saying in all the tutorial things but im so lost.. i dont even know how to start designing a skin.. so confused please help

Well first you need a layout, which you need a graphics program like Adobe Photoshop to make. Get a free trial of Photoshop at http://www.adobe.com.

you dont need photoshop, you can use ms paint too!.. just be creative and search around for some tutorials.. you can also get paint shop pro
