Help with Flash, Wanna make it as Intro or like a media Options

Does anybody know how to make a flash as an intro or at least make it so it has a stop button on it and play. this is the link

I don't know to much about flash. I don't know if you can make it have a stop and play button. This is for your xanga right? If it is then use this:

... You can't do that. And you'd need to edit that file yourself and code in a stop and play button yourself. That's the only way I know that you could have those buttons.

yea it doesn't work, I don't have the file and I don't even how to edit it for put it into a code.
