It looks like a default font...is it Brush Script?

It's definitely Brush Script but it doesn't have that twirl thing...
Marcelle does I think, but it goes the other way.

Holida Indiana matched it pretty close except that it didnt have twirl thing so when i make the twirl u wante to use a circle brush?

Then I guess your best bet is Marcelle. you can just flip the twirl in PS if you don't like it that way.

Make the twirl on another layer and go to Edit>>Transform>>Flip Horizontal
