There really is no nice way to say, "no" in this situation. You just have to let her down easy and tell her that you already like someone else...or...just...tell her that umm....you see her only as a friend...or...the truth....you can't date till you're sixteen..there's alot of ways....but I think you should just tell her the truth and try to let her down easy...

well first of all, youre telling two stories to different people. dont do that. i also highly doubt that youre going to "break the girls heart". if the other girl doesnt like you back, then screw it. you shouldnt waste your time on her if shes not going to spend her time on you. as for the other girl, just tell her straightup, by not letting her know now, youre just leading her on. and its only going to hurt her more in the end. and isnt that what youre trying to prevent? (hurting her that is).

what religion doesn't allow you to date until 16?
 you have to be mean in these situations, not hurtful but up front. just tell all her friends you're not interested...there's no harm in that, it's better then them and her dragging this on and bugging you about it. as for the other girl, i don't know...it depends on how much you like her and if you think she'll come around and give you a chance...don't pine for her for too long though, if she sincerely doesn't like you that way then she most likely never will |

can you stop calling girls "chicks" constantly.. very annoying.
 umm but... i don't think it should be much of a problem. like others said, don't tell two stories. you should go up to the girl that likes you and say that you're sorry and you don't like her and also tell her to stop telling people to come and talk to you about liking her and whatever.. i think she'll get it.

Just tell her straight up "Hey, I'm not interested in you like that, I think you're great, but there is someone else I have in mind." She'll get over it and move on to the next guy.
