yeh he might be a kleptomaniac. its so annoying when u get stuff stolen from you. someone took like 15$ from me once. and even more from some of my friends.....

for a kid like that, there really is no help for him. hes just a threat and harm to society and should either be locked up, or given the lethal injection.
