It should be the way it is. It can't be younger. I like it better-- but I should just be an exception. whistling.gif

18 to drive because if your 15 or 16 then you'll be young and dumb and race and cause accidents and get in trouble

My parents won't let me until I'm out of high school. _dry.gif That would be when I'm 18.

nah, I think you should be at least 16. Maybe even 18. And the maximum age should be instated. Something like 75. Because old people are driving with impaired hearing and sight. And if not, at least make them get checkups.

Not any age under 16.

I remember when I was that age and going to school seeing other kids driving "rice" cars to school, speeding in the parking lot like a suicidal maniac to look for a parking.

I'm almost positive that younger kids do not have the mentality it takes to handle driving. Lets say if they're driving their friends to school and the friends wants the young driver to race with another car, the driver would most likely give in to peer pressure and cause problems.

That's not in affect yet, they're still debating about it.

15 and half is good for a permit, 18 for a licence. 14 to drink shifty.gif

I don't think 15 is mature enough for most people. I don't know, there just seems to be a leap from 15 to 16. I'm 15 myself and I for one know that I'm not exactly too responsible yet. Maybe it's just me, but I think the current age of 16 is appropriate.
