In elementary school.......
There's this girl who sits by me let's call her Jill.Jill is friends with all the girls(exept me) in my class and is the daughter of the traffic guard.I've been sitting with her for 2 terms...She's really annoying for example she clicks her pen all the time and she also asked me for an answer on a test.SO like yesterday I told her that she was bugging me.Then she got all mad and told me that she was going to tell the teacher on me. So then I got all upset cuz it was her fault. So today she was singing quite loud when the teacher was talking and I couldn't hear. I told her to stop it and listen but then she said "no" and she sang a little louder. Then at lunch most of the girls ganged up on me while I was eating. They called me mean and rude. I was like "wth" I tried to explain but they didn't listen. So now I'm thinking of asking the teacher for me to have some1 else next to me. But do you think that the girls would just like gang up on me? Is this a good idea? I need help!

i think you may have to discuss the problem with her .. my partner is annoying .. she talks to me like random times and always ask to borrow stuff / supplies . which i find that really annoying but she doesnt know . =/ maybe u needa tell her it. . and tell her and ur friend to eef off. ^_-

and if it really gets out of hand, jst tell on her.
or secretely ask the teacher if you can change seats cause your partner is bugging the hecckk outta you ;]

Um..why didn't the teacher do anything when she was singing? It's kind of disrespect to sing/talk when the teacher is talking..and yet the teacher did nothing. Wow, I don't think you should talk to your teacher since she doesn't even do shit or prevent kids from talking.

Hun, don't listen to what those other girls hafta say about you. Just be like "whatever" and walk away. You should just disrupt the teacher and be like "Excuse me teacher, but this girl is ___(what ever she's doing)___ and she won't stop even though I asked her to so could I please move?" That's what I'd do.

well my friends were in the washroom the others went to play this other game that I didn't want to play....sooo that's y plus they are all guys...The only girl that is a friend is in 6th grade but she was absent

Well to settle this problem I think you should confront the teacher first. Say "Teacher, I'm sorry about this. But I'm not comfortable sitting next to ____, me and her don't get along and it's hard for me to hear you because she tends to distract me. Can you please change my seat if possible?" And if the girls do gang up on you, just ignore them. And they have no right to tell on you cause you did nothing wrong.
