avoid her. if she comes around you, be nasty back. she gets what she deserves, for sure. if she really gets to you or does something totally outta place, then go to authorities and let them know. seriously, just try not to be around her. people like her (as u described her) are either really insecure or just really bitchy and either way, given time, they'll change...
