you're supposed to go to the bathroom mirror, turn off the lights, close the door, and chant bloody mary 3 times, if she appears then your house will be haunted...or she'll kill you or she'll drag you into the mirror. like what someone said there are different versions.

my brother pushed me into the bathroom, turned off the lights and locked me in once, i was so freaked out and he was saying bloody mary through the door i think my mom made him stop though

I want to.. but those things scare me.. especially how I read the book and got all afraid. It pretty much scarred my life. Everytime I go into the bathroom at night, I have to make sure there's light somewhere.

Ha.. I remember this one time someone at school said they saw bloody mary in the bathroom and the school was haunted, so the house across from the school there was this guy on the roof and they thought that was bloody mary, ready to kill us.

I'm wayyyy tooo chicken. I don't even know the story about it anyway After reading a great many of the replies, I noticed that "nothing happened." Bleh, but I'm still a chicken poo. :P Poo replaces a certain curse word.

Anyway, actually my friend TRIED the Candy Man one. You need 13 candles for that and say CandyMan a bunch of times in the mirror at night. He didn't have enough candles, but his friend and he tried it. He got this huge pinkish-red handprint on his arm when he ran out of the bathroom. He said he'll never try that again.

And someone he knew actually had 13 candles and chanted "CandyMan" into the mirror. He told me that the guy got this huge gash across his face. Later he committed suicide when he got older.

No, I've never done it but I remember hearing out that and the Candy Man one when I was in elementary school.

You do it in the dark. shes supposed to come into the mirror. its creepy. i hated it. But I was supposed to be the brave one so I always got suckered into doin it.
