Do you have suggestions, complaints, or compliments as to how the moderator staff is performing? Voice your opinions here.

Make this thread helpful for the mods.

Mods are members, also. So member bashing is not allowed, as always. Don't make it a personal vendetta, please. Keep the bashing at 0%, please.

Any moderator has the right to close and unpin this thread at the signs of bashing, pointlessness, and/or any other guideline breaker.

I do hope this works out. I want to stress that this is not the place for personal attacks. If you really have to, keep it in the PM system between you and the mod. This thread is here to help mods work better with members.

you guys should start warning people you know should be warned/suspended. stop being scared.

i know seon ho left cb, but he shouldve been suspended a long time ago. even HE acknowledges that, and the fact that he was allowed to be an a-hole for so long just proves what a bunch of frightened pansies you all are. the only reason he WAS an a-hole for so long is because u guys refused to actually do something about it.

there are even times where i get disappointed in you guys because you dont warn ME.

The admins were not getting rid of any staff. The ones that were demodded chose to step down.

if he stopped, you would be complaining that he was inactive and didnt deserve the title of people staff, he should step down, etc.

for gods sake, half th epeople who have posted complaints are just offended moments after a thread of their's has been (usually rightly) closed. they probably forget they mentioned it five minutes later.

this guy in the locker room made a complaint slash topic and uninspiredfae suggested that he put in the moderator performance thread but since he hasn't, i will for him.

Is it just me or are people who post in the Boys Locker way too trigger happy when it comes to clicking the "poll" icon?

Many of the polls about confused sexual feelings, bodily functions or misunderstood views on the opposite sex are rather redundant and they seem to to spawn idiocy among the subforum's threads.

"Which race do u go 4?"
"Hot or not?"

To be the sarcastic d**k that I am, I probably would make this very topic a poll, but I figured that most people wouldn't find the sarcastic irony in that.

The title of the now closed topic was "Control the Polls. mods, please help". The member who made the topic in the Boys Locker suggested that we control the poll population. Of course I told him that each moderator may see it differently, but I said for him to post his concern in our moderator performance (complaints/suggestions). It seems more fitting for the concern to be brought up here than in the Boys Locker.

blahh..what has annoyed me to the fullest extent is when people get off topic and start having conversations with eachother on things completely irrelevant. its called PM...use it. I think that the mods should start closing the topics when this happens.

ie: cb crushes is a perfect example. It took a mod 19 pages to close it...when it was off topic after page 7 or so. the sad thing is, a couple of mods were the ones going off topic...
