I've learned not to let it bother me, everyone I've ever met spits, some do it more politely than other, but as for me I get a lot of phlegm so I need to, but I try to make sure no one notices it

i know EXACTLY what you mean. i go to a jock school and i guess i should just accept it but they all spit CONSTANTLY!! it just bugs the hell out of me. i mean when we play flag football in gym. they spit inbetween downs. and we have to RUN through and on that stuff ><
