URL Redirection, Xanga keeps the URL base as its own...

Simple enough. I remember seeing redirection codes in the url like a /goto thing, which I need because every time I do a URL link, the www.xanga.com link pops up and the link goes invalid.

Like so...

www.google.com

Turns into:

http://www.xanga.com/www.google.com

What I need is that little piece of code in the url that makes a redirection. I've searched already and all I got were javascripts. And they don't work in xanga posts.

I saw that one, it didn't work. I need the goto part of the url. It serves as a redirect in itself and that's what I need.

Like.....

www.xanga.com/goto?=www.google.com

Or something. This needs to be in the post, not in the xanga codes.

I had a problem similar to yours once. It happened to me when I didn't specify http:// So instead of typing www.google.com you should type http://google.com.
