also we should let girls know after they hit like 16 or something to learn how to do breast self examinations so they can detect breast cancer earlier. but we shouldn't scare them, either. 1/8 women get breast cancer, and it rarely happens before the age of 20.

i never knew being happy made your period shorter,
however, being optimisstic these days is hard. even when i'm not on my period. ermm.gif

oh yeah, allthatglitters, the breast cancer thing is a good idea
i did a report on it.
symptons:
-A lump is detected, which is usually single, firm, and most often painless.
-A portion of the skin on the breast or underarm swells and has an unusual appearance.
-Veins on the skin surface become more prominent on one breast.
-The breast nipple becomes inverted, develops a rash, changes in skin texture, or has a discharge other than breast milk.

and i found a breast cancer self-examination on the internet:
1. IN THE SHOWER Fingers flat, move gently over every part of each breast. Use your right hand to examine left breast, left hand for right breast.
Check for any lump, hard knot or thickening. Carefully observe any changes in your breasts.
2. BEFORE A MIRROR Inspect your breasts with arms at your sides. Next, raise your arms high overhead.
Look for any changes in contour of each breast, a swelling, a dimpling of skin or changes in the nipple. Then rest palm on hips and press firmly to flex your chest muscles. Left and right breasts will not exactly match - few women's breasts do.
3. LYING DOWN Place pillow under right shoulder, right arm behind your head. With fingers of left hand flat, press right breast gently in small circular motions, moving vertically or in a circular pattern covering the entire breast. Use light, medium and firm pressure. Squeeze nipple; check for discharge and lumps. Repeat these steps for your left breast.

If anyone asks you that, you could just throw the packet at them.
"For that," you say.

Hey someone asked about sex...
I can help with any questions, I'm very sex educated, and I am sexually active
But if you really want answers
go to Talk Sex With Sue
Also if you watch Oxygen nework late night, her show is on there
She's very good and I learned a lot on that show
Well, if anyone has question, I'm totally willing to help.

Also to clear up something about bra's
Feel free to wear them to sleep
Never wear a bra thats too tight, you will get pains in some instance
ifyour large chested, I recommend you wear a bra to sleep and every other time to avoid sagging, of course you have nothing to worry about if your young, but once you've stopped developing, def. wear one

Also a good book to check out is the gURL book
go to gURL.com for more details.

taking a hot bath also helps cramps..I read it in Seventeen magizine and I tried it..and it actually worked..I mainly rely on nonaspirin to get rid of cramps tho, but when that didn't work..I tried the bath

um..also..about the masturbation thing..I don't know if it's a sin or not (and if it is then A LOT of guys have sinned) but I do know that it's healthy to do cuz..of something about circulation, I don't quite remember how it's healthy..but if you do it too much then it becomes unhealthy..

there..I added more info

oh..and the bra and leg thing..is that really true? because I've never heard of that before..did you look it up or something? I cross my legs all the time and always wear my bra to sleep :-/ and..whenever I don't wear a bra my boobs tend to hurt, also, I feel weird if I wake up with no bra on

just ask her, well 2 things how old are you and how is your mom about shaving because some parents are all against it and say stupid things about it, or just ask her for money for something and just be like I need "feminine products" or something, she's prob seen that you've had shaving cream and mostly likely she won't care.
