around 7 minutes i think. when i was in middle school, i had to run timed miles every week. so i think the lowest i got mine down to was about 6:30

Ah crap, voted the wrong time..
Anyways, my middle school time was in the 9's. Pretty damn bad.
And this year, two days ago, I got 8:18. Which is my fastest mile time.

I'm considering that a pretty good mile time being that I haven't ran like that since middle school.

Lol I think the mile here is smaller? But the humidity makes it feel like 110 degrees when you run -.-

Hey none of you know me but I thought that I would show you all up! I'm in eighth grade and my best is a 4:40. Don't feel bad I'm top ten in my state for my age, I can beat most high school varsity around my area. And I'm only fourteen! yeah sorry but I came across and had to show ya'll up. I'm sure someone else will though.
