slimmer and taller w/o exercises?

i am fat (like 28 inches for waist size) which makes me to have lots of jeans don't fit me when i tried to buy new jeans. which most good-shaped girls are around 23-25 inches for waist size.

i am short (5 feet 2 inches) and i am 14 year old. even though my close friends are shorter than me, but i am shorter than the rest of the community. i hope i could be at least 5'5"

i loathe exercises and i only do exercises in PE class when i have to do it for a grade.
my stomach hurts after doing 20 crunches and i can't do even more than 5 sit-ups.

so is that a way i could get taller and slimmer w/o exercises?

i did have a diet and i don't eat much junk food at all. i eat fruits and vegetables often too, so...

i think i am too young for liposuction.
and i can't stop throwing up each time drinking milk, which is a good source of getting taller.

another question: does calcium pills make you taller?

PS i won't be a bulimic or anorexic! that's just stupid and wrong!

have you ever heard of the phrase that goes something like, "you have to be willing to suffer to be happy."

for you, i'd say, that means, you have to be willing to do exercises that you don't like for you to possibly make you "slimmer and taller"

i think running def. helps .. uh "tone" your muscles
crunches are good... yeah, start with like 10 every day or soemthing and then add on to it when you can do it w/o getting tired/sore

yep... hope this works for you =D

not to be mean or anything but... if u wanna lose weight u should really do some sports or somthing.. where like a coach cud push u to the limits and w/e.... but if u dont want or like to excercise... maybe ur just being lazy..

DUDE THATS SO IMPOSSIBLE TO JUST SIT AROUND ALL DAY AND BECOME TALL AND SLIM... THATS A LOSER RIGHT THERE -- A LAZY BUM .. YOU NEED TO PLAY SPORT.. SOMETHING TO GET YOUR BODY PUMPED... I PLAY BASKETBALL -- RIGHT FOR MY AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT..

Sorry babe, exercise is the only healthy way. Find something that you really enjoy and look foreward to doing! Eat healthy foods, not too many carbs or sweets. It's all in moderation. As for increasing your height, eat healthy once again, and don't drink lots of caffiene because it stunts your growth. However, height is mainly hereditary.

there are pills for losing weight... but da long term solution is exercise!! it's da best way
