have you guys ever seen a shooting star? if so, where did you see the shooting star at? and when it was your first time, how did you felt like when you saw it?

For me, my first shooting star was at Michigan... I was actually glad because I love stars and that time it was my first time, so it was actually relaxing and cool that the star quickly moved/flashed.

it was so beautiful...and peaceful. i think i was at my cousin's house. and i was on the roof (climbed out the window) cause it was too hot inside the house. and some of the parents were drunk and singing karaoke.

i was lying on the roof. and a shooting star was like whee. what a lovely sight.

Once.. it was night in NJ, I was home, staring out the window and saw something fly across the sky.

It was an airplane.
Damn, I really wished on the star, too.
I was about 7 that time.

Out camping in Big Basin, CA, if you lie on the ground, stargazing is absolutely fabulous. I've seen a few.

I saw one when i was really little...my family was on the back porch and it flew across the sky and we said that cute little rhyme:

star light
star bright
first star I see tonight
I wish I may
I wish I might
get the wish
I wish tonight

I saw two when I was 7 or so... I was with my aunt who was taking care of me when my parents couldn't... she is now deceased. This brings back memories.

Well, I haven't seen a shooting star, but I think I saw something like a falling star? It just started slowing falling... then kinda disappeared. I'm still not sure if that's what it was or not though..
