top window words Options

i need help! How do you put words on the top left of the window box?! i feel dumb asking! but i want it! like this profile....

thats 2 different kinds one is a random title one is a scrolly one.. i know i seen the exact code somewhere, try looking through a search use "title" in xanga help. that might work.
