I date every race except white girls. Dont get me wrong I like every kind of girl and race really isn't a issue but I live in the SOUTH and I dont want to be found hanging from a tree.

LOL, wtf?

QUOTE(Jason61992 @ Apr 4 2005, 5:16 PM)
it matters if a black woman goes out with a white man, but if a white woman goes out with a black man i honestly dont give a shit, but since im krn i could care less.
*

double wtf?

QUOTE(Jason61992 @ Apr 5 2005, 6:01 PM)
Wow. im against this..ok lets put it this way:

A Hispanic Woman Marries A Chinese Man.

They have a baby. The baby's skin will be all mixed and it'll hard for him/her to be educated when the baby grows up. What if he/she speaks chinese well and hispanic terribly bad and hispanic well and chinese terribly bad? Also, this is america. You would have to speak english as well. It'll be really difficult.
*

triple wtf? does anything you post ever make sense? this post is sooooo dumb that i'm not even going to bother commenting on it because everyone has pretty much said it all already.

Anyhow, of course race does not matter. You can see it in my lifestyle. I interact with people outside my race, build friendships outside my race, and date outside my race all the time. It's a very rewarding experience because you get to learn and experience different cultures and backgrounds and ideas.

Here's the thing. I don't think it matters at all, as long as you guys have a loving relationship and are attracted to eachother, who cares?!?!

But...(uhoh the but!) if you care what others may think, it may be a problem.
You see, dating someone from another race will subject you to catcalls, racial slurs and other forms of insults.
My friend starting dating a african american and her friend Christie's mom would not let Christie see her anymore.
So, be prepared to lose a few things, but its worth it if you guys are in love/really like eachother.

Race is a matter that does not matter to me. The difficulties come in understanding each other's heritage, way of life or social sphere. Sometimes it can be hard for an asian girl from San Francisco to relate to a Cuban kid from Miami. However, love is love, its universal.

It doesn't matter when it comes down to love.
Everyone has a preference though.

Meh. My parents can't ever tell me how to live my life, especially who to love either. Some ppl are just really old-fashioned and they haven't caught up with the new generation. Race shouldn't matter no matter what.

It doesn't matter with me.
Love shouldn't be about race, gender, or looks. It should be about plainly love.

No, it doesn't really matter. I usually like the guy for their personality and for who they are.

The quotes Roxanne pointed out were really funny. Those people are out of their minds. HAHAH.

Like so, yes, to an extent. I wish it really didn't that there were very little boundaries when it comes to this, but yes. Same things with other factors besides race. To an extent, certain things can be accepted as tolerated. Age, race, height, even gender.

That was a joke.

...y does it matter if a black woman goes out w/ a white man? and y isn't it vice versa?
that made me laugh..
but anyway..i live in the "SOUTH" too..and i guess people aren't all up in everyone's grill like that, in atlanta.
*

I guess its not to bad but there r still some parents to watch out for which is why when I date a girl of another race I just always ask the girl is it okay with her parents before moving further into a relationship.
