how do you react to pain? Options

i try to hold it in... but if i can't i cry or scream

i broke my foot: *keeps on walking on it* ow. that's annoying..
i sprain my foot: owww.....*sits down on floor*
a sharp twig rips through my finger: *looks at it* hm. well, would u look at that. AHHHHHHHHH. *stares at it* ooh...
getting blood drawn for a checkup: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH (honestly, i burst out laughing, and my doctor asked if i was okay and if i was on any medication..)
all emotional pain: i tend to bottle it all up and not show it.

Physically, I say "Oww!" Usually...yeah. ^_^
Emotionally, I cry sometimes. I never really cried before, but yeah...lately I've been crying over the smallest things.

honestly, when I was under 10 years old I would cry and go to my mommy...

and make her feel sorry for me, because I always wanted to be the baby of the family..

and when I get into fight I tried to hold it in but i still cry.. but thats back in 4th grade..

now when i get hurt, i curse! and I scream!! but i never cry, instead i just punch myself in the face to kill the pain????

uhh i usually laugh to cover the tears. and i usually curse. i only do that caus3e i dont want to maek a scene

i'd scream out "*itch" or something or say something someone will usualy find offensive just by reaction... and back away or something.

i'm not good with pain unless im playing paintball or with airsoft guns.

I work my way around pain. Pulling teeth at a dental office? Why can't I have a pain killer?

I don't "hold it in" when I'm hurt. Shouting is just not something I do when I'm hurt. But I've recently adopted "AYY!". It's really funny.

Pain is just weakness leaving the body.

It depends on the pain. If it's intense pain, I start to scream loudly and cry. Otherwise, I just hold it in.

When something hurts me I say Ow! really loud. I try not to cry because that makes you look like a wimp. But maybe if you're in front of a hott guy you could kind of cry so he'd uh ahem "comfort" you. Lol, lots of the time i say Ow! even if it doesn't hurt. it's rather funny.

If it's something sudden, like if a boulder dropped on my foot while I was blindfolded or something, I'd probably yell. Really loudly.


If it was expected or I was aware of it, like if I was getting a shot at the doctor's, I'd just clench my teeth and not let it show.

I try my best to hold it in....I don't scream though, it never comes out...

mmmm... physical pain doesn't really bother me. i usually would just hold it in.
and for some reason, i don't bruise except on my shins. my friend punched my arm really hard when i told her to see if i was lying or not; it hurt for a few minutes but then there was never a bruise.

however, emotional pain is different. i tend to keep it in. then i go cry in my room.
