Hmmm we have a different (and weird, I suppose) system...
I'm a sophomore, and I'm taking five 4.5 classes and three 4.0 classes. Last year I took five 4.5 classes, two 4.0 classes, and one 5.0 class. 4.0 are 'regular' courses. 4.5 are honors, Pre-AP, and Pre-IB. 5.0 is AP and IB, and they only offer two of those in 9th/10th grade. Next year, as a junior, I'll be taking nearly all 5.0 courses (IB whoo). So, yeah...I have something like a 4.2083, mostly because my regular classes (band...love it too much to quit) are lowering my GPA. *shrug* As long as I'm maxing out...^_^ The highest I can get this year is like a 4.34 something. |
