k this is my problem. i need to make glitter names for someone and there is a topic on bloring.net and it got deleted. it wasnt for psp or any software like that. it was a site to make the text on. a site with the glitter fill. and a site to make it. IF U KNOW HOW TO DO THIS PLZ TELL ME!!!!!!!!

no it doesnt use PSP, it just said like what sites to use and i 4got the sites. it gave u a site to make the text, then u saved it on the computer, then u went to a site and entered the url of the text, then u entered the url of the glitter(it gave sites w/ glitters already made), then u uploaded it on photobucket then u put the url in as a banner. its not a script

are u sure?! i know it exists... but it is much more harder... i tried doing it once and it was far more complicated than the tutorial kenny gave you... but if you dont have psp or ps then there is a problem... maybe i can help you fiind it..... soon...
