I'm going to give a little shoutout to my dear friend, Samie:
Today fourteen years ago, a beautiful little girl was brought into this world. On November 20th, 2004, she was taken out of this world, out of our lives. Samantha Colwell was an amazing person and such a wonderful friend. I would like to wish Samantha Kaitlin, a Very Happy Birthday. Samantha was in a car accident. She was riding with her cousin and my sister. Samie was in the backseat and she was the only one in the car wearing a seatbelt. The driver (drunk, might i add) hit the median in the middle of the road, drove over it, and crashed into a tree. The tree slammed through the back passenger window, where Samie was sitting. Samantha suffered from severe brain dramage and both of her lungs were punctured. She died that night in the hospital. edit// I forgot to say that the driver, a 17 year old, of the vehicle was charged for manslaughter on an adult account. I'm hoping he gets life in prison. |
