I don't know, I've went to a gym once or twice before and.... I basically dislike that there are all these inshape people that exercise right next to you while you sit there sweating your ass off, running out of breath. It just sucks. I'd rather work out by myself at home.

Most def a YAY. I love going to the gym for some reason. I haven't gone much recently because of my busy schedule, but I get so pumped being in that environment.

If i had the time, money, and transportation to go to the gym then i would. lol, i always get in the best shape when i'm there. If i have to stay at a hotel for a week, then i always just use the gym or somethan, it's nice.

i agree with tony, the school gym is usually available to anyone and if you'd rather spend your hard-earned money on a pair of chanel sunglasses or a bikini, why not run around your neighborhood or up and down the stairs? chores actually help a lot. working with a friend is always good too.

There's a lot of embarrasment when you're at gym especially when you're not even athletic and you don't even exercise that much. Because they force you to do stuff when you don't want to do, and you end up messing it up by accidentally because you don't know how, for examples: carthweels. You have to do infront of people. I'm very bad at cartwheels. So yeah... and a lot of people who are not good at sports get hit by the basketball. Blah blah the usual.

the only thing I like about in gym... is when we play volleyball haha... or something to do with dancing like aerobic class. And since I'm a slow runner... I'm more like the girl who is way behind from people haha... so it's very embarrassing. ehh.. yeah. Well it's my fault for not exercising, but still teachers embarrass you and they know that you suck... I guess they like doing that. Embarrassing their students to other students.

yay, you can do whatever basically. i mean, treadmills seem better than running down the block. plus, they have alot of equipment for everything. especially if you go to a place like the Y.
