How come some people used to be mods and now they aren't? Do they resign or get fired, or not have enough time to spend on cb? or does cb just like phase people out so they can let every1 have a turn? cause ive seen a couple people with things that say, i miss being a mod. does anyone know? or is anyone one of those people, who could tell me?

i'm not too sure myself
but maybe they resigned, fired, or they're just not fit for the job or becuase they don't come to cB too often and their post counts go down, that can be a reason too. |

We got fired.
Like me. It usually happens if the mod doesnt have enough moderator actions or something like that. Like closings and movings. Oh and if you're becoming inactive. And they have their eye on someone they want to hire. |

Some get demoted for not doing their job.
Some resigned because of personal issues. Some were forced to resign or forced to pick between forums to mod at. Some were demoted for not being active or friendly. I resigned because of conflicts with the moderator requirements. |

It's like a job at a company, you either resign or you get fired. Always.. yeup.
You can get fired for abusing your moderator abilities, member bashing, inactivity. Most people resign because they don't have enough time. |

Some mods resigned and some got fired. =/ Mods get fired when they don't spend enough time on createblog doing their job....at least, I think so.
