i dont think you really need a tutorial to make a banner.. just download some fonts and brushes.. be creative! then upload at http://www.imageshack.us or http://www.photobucket.com then put it in this code..

just get some pictures put them together add some brushes and fonts and your good ..
youll need a program though such as : -photoshop - paint shop pro - photoimpression - ms paint then upload it |

 If you go to the Big Book of Resources, it lists lots of sites for Photoshop/PSP tutorials, and you could use those tutorials to make graphics that you can use for banners. You could also try some of the tutorials we have here. |
