I just got elements onto my computer and im wondering where is the place so i can enchance (sp) my text..like an outline etc. Does anyone know where i can find it?

 Now I have 3.0 ahha anyhoo's it should be an effect.

i used to have that but i didnt know you can outline text? i just wrote the text twice and made it kinda like a shadow? or outlined w/ the brush tool or w/e
