Ok after I click on Adobe Image Ready i dont have that animation thing. so where is it?

how did you get there? did you use that little button on the toolbar? if you have an image open and then click that with it hilighted, then that image will be transferred to image ready.

Ok I did that but all that appears is my picture and the animation bar still isn't there

ohh you can't see the animation bar? go to window>>animation.
