I wanted to know if anyone has ever tried passing out before. No, I mean like doing it on purpose. See what you do is:

1) Take in 9 deep breaths. On the 10th, hold ur breath

2) Standing with ur back against the wall, have 1 or 2 (or as many as you like) ppl push against you for 10 seconds. You might start to feel lightheaded, that is expected.

3) After 10 seconds, they stop pushing against you. Then, in most cases, you fall to the ground and are paralyzed for a few seconds (you might even pass out)

Ne ways, I heard about ppl doing that and I just wanted to know if ne body here has and what happened to them when they did.

Well, I haven't done it on purpose...But I've experienced something similar in a mosh pit.
I didn't pass out.

Actually if you just hold your breath for as long as you can, you can just pass out.

Also, if you practice it enough - you can control your body temperature. I know I can!

Duude, I just tried that right now ( without the wall thingy), and I feel so lightheaded right now. Gahh.

I've passed out in the shower once. I felt fine when I got in.

I know it sounds weird. Trust me, I heard it from some of my friends. I'm not saying its a good idea, i was just wanted to see if ne one had done it. I'm not advising anyone to do it, but if you want to risk it, that's your choice.

I've been offered to have it done to me, but I didn't, since it was 3 other guys.. That's kinda scary ph34r.gif

BUT, I've seen one of the guys pass out. What happened he showed me what happens. He took deep breaths, then help his breath, and got a friend to choke him (slightly) while he exhaled his last breath. Then he slumped over and fell to the ground. It was silent for like. 5 seconds. Then his body started twitching because his blood pressure was skyrocketing. Haha it was funny because it looked like he was hitting the back of his head against the wall haha. I twas funny.. But I would NEVER have it done to me...

it's true if you lock your knees for a certain amount of time too.. at least that's what my JROTC teacher told us about standing at attention with our knees locked..

i've done it twice. it was peer pressure, i tell you. no, but i won't do it again because it's incredibly stupid. first time i did it, i do admit i felt lightheaded for some time, but i didn't pass out. the second time, i didn't even feel lightheaded or anything. i guess you sort of have to concentrate on it. i faked a seizure instead, but my friends weren't tricked. :[

my friend did it, and her body started getting all stiff and stuff and she was shaking. yeah, afterwards.. she couldn't remember a thing and we were telling her she was shaking and she was like 'i was!?' yeah.

Hum.. So, deffinatly not going to jump on that and do it. I don't see why you would want to pass out. I mean, if you really want to go home from school that badly.. wow..

That is really dangerouse.. trying to pass out on purpose..

The people Im around have done it a diffrent way thats really dangerouse..

You lean over and hold your breath then stand up and then someone pushes this spot on your neck and you pass out..

But theres a cord in your neck right by that cord and if you hit it, it could be fatel..

Yeah they were doing it at a birthday party and this girl was yelling about it.. O_o

But now I have a question.. why would anyone WANT to pass out on purpose?
