i keep getting cold sores and fever blisters... =\, what should i do? |

i just got one right now. it's not exactly a cold sore though, just a swollen bump.
 it's really annoying.anyway, the thing is, i always get them.  what should i do to prevent it? and what should i do with the one i have now?

just drink more water and as long as u keep that up, they shouldn't come back as often
