A gradual worsening of arterial hypotension has been noted and breathing has become shallow. The clinical picture indicates cardiocirculatory and renal insufficiency. "The biological parameters are notably compromised. he's on TV right now.
so many catholics are in church right now, wow. and all those people gathered at St.Peter's Square at Vatican City. he has traveled to 170 countries 1.7 million people have seen him. |

me 2 :( i'm not catholic, but i still feel bad for him. and like 2 days ago he got up out of his bed and waved out of the window and stuff. its gotta suck. but i guess it is also an honor

I feel bad that the Pope is very sick, but I don't really feel sad. It's not like he is dying at a young age, and everyone has to die at a certain point. He didn't live a wasted life. And wouldn't he go to heaven? So I'm won't be very sad if he died.

unfortunately, the reason why he is slowly dying is because he has parkinsons disease. with that disease, his muscles pretty much become, non functionable and that's why he is having trouble breathing, the muscles around his lungs can't function anymore. same thing for his kidneys.
regardless if you are religious or not, realize that this magnificent man made an huge impact on a lot of people. God Bless You Pontiff. |

It's the end of an era for us in the Catholic Church... It's hard to believe he's in his final leg in life...after all these years...I still remember when I was in 2nd grade when I watched this documentary of the death of Pope John Paul I and how Karol Wojtila became the Holy Father... Dang I remember in the documentary the procedure that the College of Cardinals select a new pontiff...can't believe that it's going to be time to see this once more...
