i'm sorry if i'm bothering you. i fergot the code for putting in a background. my mind is totally blank..can you help me?

why cant you use the backround box provided in your look and feel??

background color if you want a color.
change background image if you want an image.
repeat: put in repeat-y for repeating it vertically, repeat-x for horizontally or repeat-x-y for both.
position: where you want it to appear first: top/bottom/middle/left/right.
put in html header.
