guys you cant understand them cant live without them..damn this dman it all. but anyways you just wanted to know right maybe you were feeling down and you just wanted a little bit of perking up? everygirl needs a little attention once in a while. how can you be shallow you just want to know if your pretty or beautiful. but if he said you were pretty....how would you react to that? hmm? maybe thats what he was worried about? maybe he was afraid of both answers and how you would react. that if he said your pretty then you would probably go right to oh so you think im just pretty. and if he said beautiful maybe you would react to ohh...so your not just saying that. so he immediatly went to telling you your shallow. who knows boys are odd and to them were odd. its a natural cause but are you still talking to him? cause if this little petty thing gets into your relationship end it now and say your sorry for asking him.

Your bf shouldn't be calling you shallow... But my guess is he misunderstood you.. So tell him just what you told us! That pretty means average looking. And it's not bad to think that you're pretty.. it's just having self confidence!

Just to tell you people, shallow means you care about looks more than what's inside. Not when you're obbsessed with your looks.
You should have asked him "Do you love me?". Not "Am I beautiful?" Also, guys hate being tested. You made it discreet but guys aren't idiots. We know perfectly well what you're doing. |

 Just like, you needed some perking up, lol or something  He might of thought it was a trick question like asking "Do you think I'm fat?" or "Does my bum look big in this?" |
