Photoshop, can't move my images? |

I just got photoshop today and im trying to learn to use it...
 i cant move my images once i paste them into photoshop...ive tried everything. when i paste two pictures in it one covers the other and i cant move either of them...its very frustrating... can anyone please help me?  thanks! |

Are you using the move tool? The tool on the right on the very top?
