Wow, I haven't been on cB for awhile. Anyways, I recently received a letter from the GYLC. I was invited to represent the U.S. at this program where more than 100 countries send students ages 16-18 to discuss global issues. You can choose from two locations. One trip is to three countries in Europe. The other trip is to Washington D.C. and NYC. I'm hoping to attend the one in the States because the other trip is way too expensive for me. I was wondering if anyone else received a letter or has attended the program. I'd love to hear from someone who has already been involved. Thanxs guys!

yeah i received that letter in the mail once or twice, it sounded so cool but I just wasn't that interested in going and plus i'm sure it's a lot of money. I think in the one they sent me, i had a choice to go to Australia and somewhere else i can't remember. You should go, i'm sure it's a great experience!

That sounds like something Mindy would do. But anyways, that's pretty awesome. Wow, it'd be so cool to get a letter like that.
