Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 garlic clover (minced) 1/4 c. paramesan cheese 2 chopped tomatoes 1/4 c. freshly, chopped basil 1 loaf, slender french bread (sliced into 1/2 slices) Directions: Broil bread for 2 minutes under broiler, or toast in toaster oven. Remove from broiler. Stir in garlic with cream cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture over each slice. Top with paramesan cheese and return to broiler for 1 minute. Remove from broiler. Top each slice with chopped tomatoes. Add fresh basil, if desired. Serves 8. broseta is kinda like mini pizzas except without the tomatoe sauce. they're awesome =], great for snacks, and quick to make enjoy |
