make-up, when were you allowed to wear it? |

just wondering but at what age were you allowed to wear makeup or what age did you start to wear it? a few days ago i saw my cousin and she and her friends who are in 4th grade were wearing a bunch of makeup... crazy.. anyways what age? i started wearing makeup in 7th grade..

well, i started wearing makeup in the 8th grade, but my mom only fully accepted it during 9th or 10th grade, i forgot which. She still doesn't enjoy the fact that I do wear makeup though.

When I was twelve or thirteen.
I don't wear it much though and my parents don't appreciate the way I do my make-up when I choose to do it. They let me wear it because they thought I'd choose so-called "normal" colors and I choose to wear black make-up mostly. So they don't really accept it now, but they're not going back on their word. |

summer before 8th..im in 8th so yeeah
my mom didn't care..cuz like my father..is an engeneir for a makeup company (avon) so i get all this free stuff =p as long as she doesn't have to spend money she's ok with it |

the first time, i was in 6th grade but it was only lip gloss, i never wear any anymore...it makes me feel pretty when people tell me i'm beautiful because it's the real me that's beautiful in their eyes

^ me too. i dont like wearing make up but i think my mom would let me wear it if i really wanted to. i usually wear lipgloss for pictures or other occasions. if its like a wedding or something, i wear mascara. my parents dont mind as long i dont wear too much.

welll i dont wear make up.. but occasionally i wear lip gloss and im in 7th grade.. andd... my mom prolly doesnt approve of ALOT of make up anyhow.. so i guess maybe when im alot older?

mascara and lip gloss summer before 6th and everything else summer before 7th. my parents don't care that i wear makeup at all, unless they think i look like a whore in which case they make me was it off.

ya no...in 7th grade all iu wore was lip gloss. This year [14...] i wear it all a.k.a. blush, powder, mascara...my mom got it for me cuz i was in this show. I got to keep it! YES!!

In the middle of 7th grade. I just started using it w/o asking my parents. Then slowly they found out..I guess they're okay w/ it.

When I was in kidergarten, I first put on make-up by my teachers...for shows...
Then, when I was in primary school... I put on make-up for shows too. But now, I hate put on make-up! It's a waste of time. |

i started when i was like, 11. my sister put eyeliner on me, and i was instantly addicted. my dad didn't like it at first but he eventually grew on the idea. i wear makeup now, but not so much that when i don't wear it i look totally different. i wear very little & keep it natural!

My mom forced me to wear mascara to school on picture days since I was in first grade. Hah. My mom encouraged me to wear makeup because she thought my face got washed out form it being pale and my blonde hair. Lol. I think I started wearing powder and eyeliner at the end of 6th grade. My dad is indifferent to it.
