YES! Well, I don't hate them, I admire them.

In my Stats class... about 75% of us are failing, as in below the 70% score... there should be a huge curve right? no... there are about 4-7 people who made perfect scores on their tests.... ARGH!!!!

OMG YES! In my science class, no lie, I asked everyone in the class if they failed, EVERYONE did. Except for one person! she got a 94. It was not a good day. I admire their good grades I guess, but they are really cocky and mean about it. Plus they(some of them) have no life other than school. One such girl is in choir with me and I asked why she did nothing but school and choir and she goes, isn't it better to do less things and be the best out of everyone at it, than to do many, like you, and be simply average? mad.gif Plus they always are all organized and have 4 pencils and they don't let us unorganized people borrow any..lol

the curve... whoever gets the highest score they get a perfect...

so if you get a 75/100 and the person who got the highest score get a 95/100.. you really get a 75/95

it's when you use the highest score in the class as an A i believe. so if the highest score in the class was 70/100 and you got a 50 and you graded on a curb, you would end up getting 50/70.

CURVE EXPLANATION

Some schools have lots of stupid kids (like myself) who often fail tests. SO, they take the lowest test score, either out of all their classes, or each individual class, and add points to it to make it add up to a hundred, and add the same amount of points to everyone else's grade too.

Example- Smart Suzie gets a 90. Stupid sam gets a 40. Suzie has the highest grade in the class, so it gets rounded up 10 points, to a 100. Sam's also gets 10 points added, making it a 50. Yay for Sam!

So its based on the class's performance as a whole, so its fair for everyone if the teacher sucks.

I don't get mad at them. If they study hard, or simply know the material, good for them. I get lazy and that's my own damn fault. Boo hoo, life goes on.
