Jay being part Filipino isn't surprising. For one thing, the history of Blacks in the United States is partially defined by miscegenation. That and dude is from New York City, one of the most, if not the most, racially diverse cities in the United States.

the shirt enrique wore on mtv spring break even had the word 'philippines' on it. fefe dobson also wore a similar shirt. she could be filipino, too, 'cause she's multiracial. according to wikipedia, her father's jamaican and asian. |
