Both.. It's wonderful to actually hear the character speaking (even if it's just some actor), versus just picturing in my mind the voices. The are few anime that have voices that actually work with the characters. Plus, watching the animation is superb! :D

But of course, the manga is great because idk.. when I read it, this flow so easily. And I'm glad that the manga books have more content to last me a while and I could always go back to it to reread something, versus watching an anime on tv and I can't go back to wtach it, unless I have it on dvd, my computer, etc. and plus, the manga books contain more than just one episode on it.. In fact, my Ayashi no Ceres books contain about 3 episodes worth of content on it, versus a short episodes that keeps me waiting. pinch.gif Plus, sometimes the storyline in manga is more interesting and I've grown acustomed to how the storyline in the manga is, rather than the anime. :] There's always more content in the manga than the anime.

its hard. i like american dubbing for anime cause i dont know japanese people dont seem to care when they pick the voices like i was watching pokemon in japanese last year and it seemed weird cause he was like high strung and sounded like a girl (ASH).

but manga continues stories like his and her circumstanes . i read about something that werent in the anime so i dont know but i have more anime than manga.

^ ooh KareKano.. The manga is really good. I heard the anime was great too, but the manga is way better. I guess since anime has a certain about that they can put in it, and they don't want to include everything? But even the tiny bits matter.

And actually, in Japan those voices are pretty normal. When my friend was speaking Japanese her voice sounded more high-pitched, so it really depends.

I like both!

It's fun to read the manga and then watch the anime of the manga. You get a better understanding and grip of the story.

Hehe, give or take, I like both. Every once in a while I do prefer manga more though, just because it usually contains more story (is longer) or more characters.

I think anime is better, I prefer listening and watching the characters~

Whereas with manga........I have to read it........and I don't like reading books, even if its something like comics coz the english translations are dodgy sometimes and I can't read Chinese very well and can't read Jap at all.........

The wonders of the subtitles and listening to all this Jap speaking is much better, the translations are better actually *i think*

i prefer both but there are time where i prefer one over the other. for example, evangelion, i prefer the animation over the manga *but i read the manga for the story details of which was not refer in the anime* another example is Fullmetal Alchemist, i prefer the manga over the animation hence that the story is more well developed than the animation *of which i watched it all*. but one that i would prefer both on is Naruto, since the animation follows the same story line as the manga. hehe.

overall... i prefer both but lend more on side of manga.
